Ramadhan / Fitra Update

Close to 20,000 families in 30 varied countries received supplemental nutritious iftaar food aid this year. 700 individual in 4 countries received Zakat el Fitr. All made possible by generous CAI donors.

Eid Gifts For Worldwide Orphans

Eid is a happy day, especially for children. About 820 CAI orphans in Afghanistan, India, Syrian orphaned refugees in Lebanon, Tanzania and Yemen received the choice of their clothing for Eid that brought smiles on their lips. Sharing a few photos.

The following worldwide CAI-sponsored schools are near completion, to be commissioned in 2022, insha’Allah:

– Jaffery Secondary School – Bukoba, Tanzania
– Bibi Zainab Elementary School – Helmand, Afghanistan
– Pak Model High School, Saleh Pat, Sindh, Pakistan
– Al Mahdi Kindergarten School – Pemba, Tanzania
– Tewe Elementary School, Lushoto, Tanga District, Tanzania (major renovations, new classrooms, new toilets, and desks)
– Bilal Kindergarten School – Chengoni, Mombasa District, Kenya
– Azimio Elementary School, Handeni, Tanga District, Tanzania (major renovations, new classrooms, new toilets, and desks)
