Ramadhan 2026 – An Appeal
Ramadan food baskets to supplement iftaar to more than 15,000 impoverished families across twenty-one countries have begun. Some of these families live in remote, hard-to-reach areas, with certain locations covered in thick snow.
A US$50 food basket supports a poor family, many widows, or a single parent by helping them supplement their iftaar and enjoy a decent meal.
We still have some ways to go; please sponsor a family or more. We have not failed to meet the target in any of the twenty-eight years of this noble service, except one. Insha’Allah, we will meet the target together this year as well.

Baneen Maternity Clinic – Manakara
This CAI-sponsored clinic is almost ready, and momentum is building for a grand opening on April 4, 2026, insha’Allah. This will be a fantastic gift to the impoverished women and children of Manakara, many of whom lose their lives due to the lack of a quality medical facility for childbirth.

CAI School 104/105 Commissioned
It was a wonderful, joyous day on January 15 and 16, 2026, when the schools at Mnyendege, Lushoto District, and Kibaya, Handeni District, Tanga Region, were commissioned.
These two schools, with a combined student body of 1,400 students from poor villages, now have modern facilities, including new classrooms, desks, toilets, and potable water, to support a cheerful and healthy study environment. Education opportunities are the best gift we can give to a poor child.
