Donate A Blanket – Save A Life

Winters in Afghanistan, Iraq, Kargil (India), and Yemen are usually brutal and can kill the most vulnerable, the young and old. CAI is mobilizing to distribute a total of 14,000 blankets in these four countries. Let us help ward off the bitter cold by sponsoring a warm blanket for US$25 each, helping two adults stay warm through the winter season.

CAI School In Lushoto, Tanga, Tanzania

It was a joyful day for about 230 poor students at Nkindoi Elementary School in Lushoto, Tanzania when CAI handed over the new 5 renovated classrooms, 2 new classrooms, a teacher’s room and a new block of toilets to the community. The kids now have desks to sit on, windows to ward off the chilly wind of winter, modern classrooms, blackboards and a roof that does not leak. Something to be thankful for after daily trekking for an hour or more over the mountains for an education.

A proud project financed by donors of CAI (USA) and implemented by Nyota Foundation (Tanzania).
