Aid To Displaced Afghan Refugees:
About 300 families (3,000 people) were recently forced out of their village near Belkhab in Sarepole District of Afghanistan and fled to Mazaar Shereef for safety. They now literally bake under 122f (50c) under very trying conditions. CAI is drilling them a 1,000 feet deepwater well. They have carved a hole in the mountains to sleep. CAI is dispatching emergency aid of food, medicines, and shelter soon insha’Allah. Please help if possible.

School Projects In Pangani, Pemba, Dar es Salaam – Tanzania:
CAI is in the process of renovating and adding classrooms to four schools in Tanzania. These schools are in remote areas of Pangani, Tanga Region, at the impoverished island of Pemba and a rehabilitation center for the handicap in Dar-es-Salaam. These schools, without desks or decent humane toilet facilities, torn apart and unsafe for children to be studying, are getting a complete makeover and new classrooms, modern toilets and desks to sit on and get quality education – something CAI donors give lots of priority and attention to. More info and photographs to follow shortly.
