2025 Ramadhan Food Aid
CAI is actively mobilizing to distribute Ramadhan iftaar food baskets to the poor and homeless in February 2025. This aid will cover eligible recipients in the following 24 countries – Afghanistan, Benin, Burkina Faso, Chad, India, Iraq, Kenya, Lebanon, Liberia, Madagascar, Mali, Nepal, Niger, Pakistan, Philippines, Rohingya/Bangladesh, Senegal, Somalia, Syria, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Yemen and Zimbabwe.
We are almost there and need your help crossing the finish line for the 27th year running. Please help a hungry family eat a nutritious iftar meal, many of whom live in remote impoverished areas CAI serves.

Homes For The Homeless – Afghanistan
CAI’s latest project to provide homes for the homeless in Afghanistan is progressing well. Twenty-three homeless widows with children will receive sturdy, two-bedroom homes that will last a lifetime. This gift allows them to invest in their children’s education instead of spending money on rent. CAI donors have provided over 2,750 homes to homeless individuals worldwide, primarily to widows with children, enabling them to have decent housing.

Over One Million Get Potable Water
This month, CAI commissioned two water wells in the remote and parched villages of Kizara and Kwemazanu, Lushoto, Tanzania. These wells provide potable water to the entire villages, alleviating the burden of womenfolk and children who need to fetch unhygienic water from a great distance away.
These wells comprise 2,100 water wells or large-scale water distribution projects CAI donors have drilled or facilitated, bringing potable water to over one million people worldwide. Allah bless all the donors for this incredible milestone.
