Water Project – Nasiriyah, Iraq
There is an urgent need for clean potable water for the residents of Nasiriyah, Iraq. This will be CAI donor’s seventh major water project in Iraq, each benefiting about 20,000 harassed people desperate for water. Cost is about US$46,000 for the entire setup, including the desalination and purifying apparatus. The project still needs $30,000. Please help if possible; Allah bless.
Zanzibar HIV Orphans Get Beds / Food
The 70 HIV infected mothers and children continue getting CAI donor-supported monthly food protein aid to augment their diet so the drugs are effective in their treatment. The 24 orphans without beds received CAI sponsored brand new ones with mattresses, bring smiles to their faces. These orphans need steady uninterrupted help for their survival. Allah bless.
ZBH / CPES Progress – Almost There
The 100 Zahra Boys Home in Kabul moved to their new home this week, adjacent to SGH with 50 orphan girls and the CPES school. These 3 projects are now housed in one location making the administration, logistics and security management much easier and cheaper. Alham’Allah.
Although the orphanage portion is complete, the CPES school building will insha’Allah finish in October 2019. Sharing a few photos.
